Q. Are all of your products 925 Sterling Silver?

Catagorically YES!

Q. Why do I have to register To log into the Zilver Designs website?

To protect the exclusivity of our jewellery from which our clients benefit, we require that you register with us to access our website. We ask for a minimum first order value of £200. All prices are subject to VAT

Q. What is the minimum order?

For your very first order we request a minimum order value of £200 thereafter any order under £100 (you cannot order under £100 on our website) would be subject to a small order premium of £3.00 excluding V.A,T, plus carriage. If you have a trade account with us any order under £150 excluding V.A.T would need to be paid on a proforma basis.

Q. What Does Proforma Mean?

Any customer who does not hold a Zilver Designs trade account will need to pay for their order before we despatch the order. We send you a proforma invoice which lists your order and total due. When payment has been arranged we can then continue with your order.

Q. Why can’t I pay for my order online?

When we recieve your order, we process this and pick the items so we know there is no margin for error. We will then get intouch with you to arrange payment as we do not keep any card details on file.

Q. Can I pay by B.A.Cs Account Transfer?

Yes! Just ask for our bank details.

Q. How much do you charge for carriage / Shipping?

Any orders over £275 exl V.A.T withing the UK mainland & scottish highlands will be shipped free of charge. Orders under £275 will be charged £9.25

For business outside of the UK mainland the amount may vary, please call us. Note:- whatever your shipping cost it will always be lower if you order over £275 exluding V.A.T

Q. How Quickly will i recieve my order?

It varies dependant on if its a loose order or a boxed order and obvioulsy the size of the boxed order. For loose orders we try for a 24 to 48 hours turn around, for a boxed order 2-3 days, this is subject to change at busy periods, we will always keep you informed of any delays. But if your in a hurry! just let us know and we will see what we can do.

Q. What do you mean by loose product.

A loose product is a product without box or chain or descriptive insert

Q. Why is the boxed product more expensive than a loose product?

Believe us when we say we get asked this question quite a lot!

A Boxed product is a higher cost because it includes the gift box, an 18 inch 925 Sterling silver chain, descriptive insert within the lid of the box and of course someone has to put it all togeter for you! Thats why we call it Ready To Retail!

Q. Are the prices on your website including V.A.T

No, our products on the Zilver Designs Website are excluding V.A..T.
